Beatrice Isabelle Dumenko

Beatrice Isabelle Dumenko, born September 20, 1957, passed away peacefully in the early morning of June 1, 2022, surrounded, and supported by family and friends.  She is survived by Gordon, her husband of 37 years, her parents Charles & Eva Fox, sister Gwen (Doug), brother Will (Laura), son Gregory (Jenn), daughters Krista, Vanessa (Chris), Simone (Danny) and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, relatives, and dear friends.  She was predeceased by her sister Loretta and granddaughter Jade.

Bea was a woman of many talents, and she used those talents to make every special occasion all that more special for her family and friends.  She will be remembered for her window paintings, the Halloween costumes she created, the care she put into decorating the house for the holidays, and the goodies she baked.   She was happiest when she was creating, and she found many hours of joy making arrangements at her flower shop in Fox Creek or just drawing or spending time in a flower garden.

Bea was a warm and caring individual with unlimited compassion and love for her family and friends.  She always had an ear and a shoulder available, and she often stepped in to be a temporary mother to kids who needed one or adopted animals that were in need of care. Bea had a way of keeping kids happily preoccupied during summers spent out at Iosegun Lake and would spread joy with her presence.  Her laugh and smile were everything.

Bea made many friends over the years through her involvement with the Fox Creek Legion, on the golf course, and through her various jobs.   She was a jokester who loved a good prank, and we all have may stories that will live on in memory.  Her creativity and compassion will also live on through her children and grandchildren.   She will be so dearly missed by so many.
