Barney Dyck Obituary

In loving Memory of Barney Dyck, who passed away peacefully on June 19, 2020 at the age of 91 in Edson, AB.

Barney was born and raised in North Battleford, Sk.as well as Goodsoil, Sk. He moved to Edson AB in 1956. He worked as a Carpenter at numerous Gas plants during construction.

Left to mourn his loss are his loving wife of 65 years, Mabel Audrey Dyck (nee Bohn); sons Sidney, Bernard, Harvey (Rose); grandsons Brian and Devon (Caroline); Daughter Irene (Ernie); granddaughter Melissa (Dennis) and great grandsons Axel and Jake.

Due to COVID restrictions the family will hold a small Memorial Service on July 2, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Foothills Memorial Chapel in Edson with Chaplain Garry Kuefler (OFS) officiating. Interment will follow at the Glenwood Cemetery.
