Ms. Tami Rezansoff of Edson, AB., passed away at home on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at the age of 61 years.

            Tami was born May 4, 1958 in Kamsack, SK, to parents John and Velma Rezansoff.

            She attended school in Pelly, SK  at the elementary school Fort Pelly and highschool Fort Livingstone School. She moved to Winnipeg to find employment and experience life in the big city. A few years later, she became a mother to Nichole Paige Rezansoff. Over the years, Tami found herself in many different places with various jobs. She explored autobody, hospitality, to owning a pizza business. She then was drawn to working with people with disabilities and achieved her diploma in Rehabilitation. Tami also enjoyed the acreage life and raising ostriches.

Her daughter and grandchildren were the upmost important part of her life. She decided to move to Regina to be closer to them and her parents. In Regina, she started a new career as an Educational Assistant. This brought her back to Edson for a full-time position with Living Waters Catholic School Division for the past 14 years. No matter what job she had, she always put her heart and soul into it.

            Some of Tami’s most favourite times were spent in her backyard, enjoying the firepit, reading and talking on the phone for endless hours with her daughter Nichole.

            In 2011, her childhood friend Billy moved in with her and a relationship of friendship developed into a deep love and companionship. They loved sitting by the fire, talking, laughing and enjoying each other’s company.

            Tami will be deeply missed by her mother Velma Rezansoff; daughter Nichole (Rob) McCallum; granddaughter Destiny Rezansoff and grandson Yari Rezansoff; 2 step-grandchildren Indiana and Linus McCallum; her sister Shelly (Leonard) Brown; niece Stephanie (Cody) Leonard; great-niece Alexis; nephew Jordon (Jessica) Brown and great-nephew Landon.

            Tami will be greatly missed by friends, family and everyone who knew her.

A Private Family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
