Mr. Allan Ingersoll

1933 – 2018

 

Mr. Allan Ingersoll passed away in Edson on July 18, 2018 at the age of 85 years.  Al was a man who loved the outdoors and all that nature had to offer.  He was a great musician and played in a band and entertained at dances and gatherings for many years.  When Al lived in Fort McMurray, he was a Musher and had a full dog sled team which he very much enjoyed.      Al was respected and much loved by his family members and neighbours alike.  He was a kind soul and will be missed by all who knew him.  Al is survived by his sister Leatha (Jack) Letcher and by his brothers Bob (Jackie) Ingersoll and Wilf (Patty) Ingersoll. He was predeceased by his parents Dick and Bertha, his wife Emma, brother Bill and by two sisters Bertha and Toolie.  A Memorial Service will be held at the Fulham Community Hall on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 2:00 P.M.  Al will then be laid to rest with his wife Emma at the McLeod Valley Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy and in loving memory of Allan, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in care of Foothills Memorial Chapel-Edson Funeral Home P.O.
