George Ethelbert Brown

On Friday, October 25, 2019 a bright light begun to shine in Heaven… he had come home.

With great sadness the family of George Brown announces his passing at the age of 87 years old.

George is survived by his sons Melvin (Brenda), Bob (Sharon), Andy (Cheryl) and daughters Gail (Frank), Bev (Brian), Maryann and Sheri (David), as well as brother Frank (Shirley- Ann), Sisters Mildred (Len), Cec (Lloyd), Barb (Joe) and Debbie, 17 grandchildren 23 great grandchildren.

George was predeceased by his wife Mary in 2016, dad Frank, mom Marie, parents in law Lee and Hilda, Sisters Winnie, Helen, Evelyn, brothers Leo, Gordon, Richard, Brothers in law Doug, Alfred, and Pete. Granddaughters Angela, Chloe and great grandson Nicholas.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be offered to STARS or the Stollery Children’s Hospital.
