Ernest Angus Sheppard

January 14, 1931 – April 14, 2018

Mr. Ernest Angus Sheppard passed away in Hinton, Alberta on April 14, 2018 at the age of 87 years.

Ernie was born in Delmas, Saskatchewan on January 14, 1931 to his parents Leonard and Ethel Mae Sheppard. He married Dorothy Lois Moore on June 23, 1951 and they celebrated 54 years of marriage. Dorothy passed away on October 29, 2005.

Ernie is survived by his daughters Judy; Linda Huber (Donald), Brenda Lalonde (Edward), Shelley Lawrence (Darcy); 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Ernie was predeceased by his wife of 54 years Dorothy Lois Moore; parents Leonard and Ethel Mae Sheppard; members of the Sheppard family William, Amos, Hector, Viola Crouch, Arthur, Allan and Melvin.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Hinton United Church on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. officiated by Pastor John Klassen.
