Mr. Damon Allen Dubray passed away in Edson, Alberta on March 19, 2018 at the age of 53 years.
Damon was born in Edmonton, Alberta on June 3, 1964 to his parents Gail Francis Dubray and Norman Robert Dubray. He is survived by his parents Gail Vankosky (Gerald) and Norman Dubray; son Delain (Stayce) and his mother Laurie; step children Annalise (Mike), Meghan (Jeff), Mark (Becky) their mother, and his dear friend Beverley, along with Aunts Colleen Bodenchuk, Marion Berglund, Kathy (Arnold) Simmons & Uncle John Jacobson, Aunts Norma Buird,Pauline (Glen) Buchta, Willie (Colleen) Dubray, Lawrence (Lena) Dubray, Brent (Sheryl) Dubray and numerous cousins.
Damon was predeceased by his Grandparents John and Mary Jacobson, Aunt Karen Schmidek; Grandparents Ernest and Lorna Dubray, Uncle Paul Dubray and 1st cousins, Raymond Berglund, Roxanne Jacobson, Danny, Billy and Randy Bodenchuk.
Damon was a phenomenal woodworker, had a passion for cycling, fishing and was full of great love and compassion for animals; especially dogs. Damon spent 23 years working at the Sundance Forest Products Sawmill, and most recently driving a pressure truck for JaCat Pressure Truck Services.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Edson Royal Canadian Legion on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 1:00 P.M.
