Colleen Mae Bowes
April 13, 1948 – April 29, 2018
After a long, hard-fought battle with COPD, Colleen Bowes of Hinton, Alberta passed away at Hinton Healthcare Centre on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at the age of 70 years.
Colleen will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 38 years, Wayne Bowes; son, Troy (Tracy) Zimmer; grandchildren, Austin (Erin) and Raven (Jeff); great-grandchildren, Jack, Brooke and Patrick; sister, Phyllis McClelland; many nieces and nephews, as well as by several extended family and a beautiful circle of friends.
As Colleen had wished, cremation has taken place.
A casual gathering in honour and celebration of Colleen’s life will be held downstairs at Hinton Royal Canadian Legion on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 beginning at 4:00 p.m.
