Frank Bochek

1927 - 2017

Mr. Frank Joseph Bochek a long time resident of Edson, passed away on October 24, 2017 at the age of 90 years.  He was born April 17, 1927 at Sterco, Alberta to Ida and Frank Bochek.  Frank is survived by his brother Joe (Irene) Bochek,  Marg’s family: Madeleine Sabourin, Lorraine (Arthur) Woida, Ray (Cindy) Sabourin and Michael (Janice) Sabourin.  Lucille’s family: Aurelle Remillard, Doug (Liz) Ferguson, Kim Ferguson, and Patti Neuberger. Joe’s family: Linda (Andy) Bockek, Dale Bochek, Joanne (Garry) Appelt, and Gordon (Lisa) Bochek.  He was predeceased by his father in 1952, his mother in 1994, his nephew Ken  in 1980, his sisters Margaret in 2013 and Lucille in 2011 and a long list of the next generation of grandnieces and nephews.

Frank will be dearly missed for his kind, loving, and selfless manner.

A Memorial Mass will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edson, Alberta on Monday, November 6, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. As an expression of sympathy and in loving memory of Frank, memorial contributions may be made to World Vision, Sacred Heart Catholic Church or to the Blind Care Foundation.
